Refunds and return policies:
Please read carefully the following information.
- Damaged or poorly sealed bag.
- Unpleasant odor or unsatisfactory appearance.
(If the customer receives a defective product, they will be issued a credit for their next purchase. Cash refunds are not provided). - If the product does not meet expectations, credit will be given.
- The customer must provide evidence of the product's defect, such as photos, to support the claim.
- Incorrect delivery:
- A credit will be provided.
- The cost of the order will be honored.
- An exchange will be made for the correct product.
Note: All product issues must be reported within or before five days. Failure to do so will invalidate the claim). - Shipping:
- Delivery time for all products is estimated to be between 4 to 7 days. The duration is subject to the postal service's policies.
